The Cotton Textiles Export Promotion Council with the support of other Textile EPCs proposes to organize an India Pavilion in the 64th Cairo Fashion & Tex fair from 1st - 3rd March 2019 at Egypt International Exhibition Center (EIEC), Cairo, Egypt.

Pyramids International has been organizing Cairo Fashion and Tex since 1993. The event is held twice a year, in March (Summer/Spring) and September (Winter/Autumn.) It is held under the auspice of Ministry of Industry and Commerce and all the industrial chambers.

Reasons to exhibit in Cairo Fashion &Tex:

  1. Egyptian textile & fashion industry play an extremely central role in the national economy.

  2. In addition to the Free Trade Agreements with European Union, COMESA and Arab World, Egypts qualifying industrial zone (QIZ) agreement with the United States gives local manufacturers both tariff and quota-free access to the US market.

  3. Egypt has a strong competitive advantage with its well-known cotton and skilled labor force.

  4. Egypts commercial ports and strategic location allow the companies to access Asia, Africa and Europe easily.
