TEXPROCIL Weekly Interactive Video Conference for Members

TEXPROCIL is pleased to offer a *Weekly Interactive Video Conference (VC)* facility for its members to discuss trade-related issues, membership matters, policy concerns, export procedures, logistics challenges, and other matters requiring the Council's assistance and guidance.

Members who wish to participate are requested to submit their queries/issues in advance through the designated Google Form. Advance submission enables Council officials to review the matters beforehand and provide more effective guidance during the interaction.

Schedule

*Query Submission Deadline:* Every Thursday, 5:00 PM
*Video Conference:* Every Friday
*Time:* 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM

The meeting link will be shared with registered participants by *12:00 Noon on Friday*.

Members are encouraged to actively utilise this facility for timely guidance and resolution of trade and membership-related issues.
